Introducing the equipment owned by Saito Ironworks Co., Ltd. To meet customer demands for small quantities, diverse varieties, short delivery times, and high precision, we have introduced the 'NC Bender' to ensure that anyone can handle setup and bending accuracy, thereby increasing productivity. This equipment features a drive mechanism using a Dual Servo Press (DSP), achieving a feeding accuracy of 0.001mm and approximately 1.4 times the productivity compared to conventional machines. We will respond to a wider range of user needs from prototyping to small lot production and mass processing.
